Why you should be unbanned: I think it was misunderstanding, because I was close to the DM situation and the admin just thought that I was involved in the dming of the guy along with the dmer, but I just went there and saw the situation and continued with the roleplay as I asked "What is happening here" and they immediately started with the OOC chat. So I haven't dmed anyone there and I am clean.

You also opened fire after you both tried to bait a level 1 into a fight. You should know much better to explore alternatives before resorting to hostility. You will be unbanned, but I do not want to see you promoting deathmatching again. There are plenty of TDM servers.

Unbanned along with your friend. I would have taken more time to resolve your situation had not been five other people banned for DM'ing minutes before you. Next time take this into account.
