With the tensions rising between the United States of America and the Russian Federation, a war have broke out between the two countries and the USA has been struck by a weird element that turned has destroyed 75 percent of its general population and turned them into emotionless zombies and the rest who survived the apocalypse have been forced to change their lifestyle completely and turn into a group of psychopaths without any law to organize their life and restore peace into their life.
After the attack, the US Government fell to its knees but it didn't end completely as of April 2022. The United States Government has decided to merge the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Administration under the Department of Homeland Security and they tasked the DHS to try and restore whatever is left in the country, find the causes for the apocalypse and neutralize it.
Reports have shown some great effort by the DHS operatives as of January of this year, the DHS has destroyed countless amount of zombie nests in Liberty City and managed to rebuild a massive settlement in it to house all of the survivors within that area, putting an end on the chaos that happening in their streets and changing their lives forever.
After the great success in Liberty City, the DHS has shifted its focus to the state of San Andreas and has reached out to the local National Guard to help them out in their mission.
The goals are simple:
1- Neutralize all of the zombie-infested areas (zombie nests) and put an end to the infection.
2- Build a factory that produces countless amounts of antidotes to make sure that the infection won't spread again.
3- Neutralize all of the hostile groups that are endangering the general public.
4- Build settlements to house the remaining survivors.
