In response to the National Guard's deployment to Scarville during the election period, Mayor Aroyan became aware of the need to protect the citizens of Scarville from within. Despite the National Guard's presence, Mayor Aroyan believed that an internal defense force was necessary to ensure the security of Scarville and its allies. With this in mind, he created the Scarville Praesidium, a group of highly skilled individuals with a focus on protecting the city and its people.
Mayor Aroyan handpicked the two most capable individuals he could find, Rowan Nithercott and Riley Vasquez, to lead the force. Nithercott was a seasoned hunter with an unparalleled ability to track and take down elusive prey, while Vasquez was a former leader of the infamous Wardogs PMC, a group renowned for their strategic expertise and unrelenting ferocity. With their leadership, the Scarville Praesidium was poised to become a formidable force capable of defending Scarville against any potential threats.
The Praesidium's primary mission was to protect the city of Scarville and ensure its security, as well as that of its allies. As a well-trained and well-equipped force, the Praesidium was expected to face any challenges that might arise. The Praesidium uniform would consist of a dark green jumpsuit with black reinforcement padding on the shoulders, elbows, and knees. The jumpsuit would be made of a breathable and lightweight material to ensure comfort and flexibility while on duty.
The jumpsuit would feature multiple pockets and compartments, both on the chest and the legs, for gear storage. The pockets would have a secure closure system to prevent the loss of essential items.
A tactical vest would go over the jumpsuit, providing additional protection and storage options.
