A bug with private vehicles

sometimes when i try mounting an inaccessible vehicle, this message keeps spamming in the chatlog:

Which character has this private vehicle? Relogging should solve it. I have seen it being cause by /lock too early but this is a samp bug's attempt to be fixed.
