i created this thread in the idea of recommendations that at this rate and stage of the server, people can share and put on each other's codsmp skins, by just installing the mod, putting it in custom_models folder and then just renaming the files to the person's character, anyone who'd like to do so with community members just to get a pinch of extra and better experience of custom skins, they can by sharing their skins here
