Faster run ability for Bionics

Since it is stated in the lore that bionics can be be so agile and fast, let us have an ability we can /learn so we can run faster, just like how Chimera runs.

No. The differences between Bionics and Chimera are there so that the playstyle's different — making them both similar defeats the whole purpose.
Chimera excels in certain abilities, while Bionics excel in others.
