Full complaint details: As a stepping stone, my character (Aiden Mitchell) developed a relationship with Athena Ortiz (One of the witnesses mentioned above) and the duo had fond for each other at the beginning. Until one day, Lexa Ortiz (Aiden's girlfriend sibling) decided to depart the blueberry factory, which Aiden was part of. My character confronted Lexa IC'ly with the ongoing relationship between him and her sister, which led to Lexa threatening him to leave her. My character rejected her threat and Lexa pulled out a knife on him, therefore, my character soccer-kicked her RP-Wise and in the matter of no time Kyle Hunter (Workrate) barged into the scene and shot him up to death without any proper reason. He also vouched for an Faction Player Kill which he based nothing on it until T-DUP and Oni responded to my IN-GAME complaint and voided the situation.

I proceeded onwards and went to develop my character accordingly, without having to establish any further reaction with Kyle whatsoever. As days go by, my character notice the lack of Athena's presence and that she'd prefer hanging out with her sister and especially Kyle IC'ly which raised his suspicions as to whenever my character attempted to contact Athena privately, Kyle would frontlines and initiate contact on his own. Thus, one day my character decided to seek the truth and went to contact Athena over the radio, she asked him to meet up at Illyansk and upon arrival my character was ambushed by Lexa Ortiz and Kyle Hunter. Clearly unaware of any intentions and mindlessly killing.

I proceeded with the situation to be informed later on that my character has been faction Character-Killed without my consent and without any proper reasoning at all. I embarked both Oni and Awide onto this which they asked for Kyle's defense. He claimed that my character is being faction-ck'ed for the following reasons.

1) The physical confrontation I had with Lexa (which he dm'ed for it and was already voided)
2) False claims of me threatening both, Lexa and Athena Ortiz.
3) Eventually accusing me of metagaming his obviously roleplayed fond for Athena.

Verdict:

You are to cease interactions with Kyle Hunter, Lexa Ortiz, Athena Ortiz, and the rest that have been involved in this whole In-Character drama.
You are to be Faction Player Killed. That means you are ultimately kicked out from the faction, but not character killed. You may not interact with the faction or any of its members for a whole month.

Key notes:

I can't seem to find any evidence of deathmatch in these screens. Based on your story, an argument between your partner's sister and your character had ensued which I presume was caused by your character's disagreement with the move-out-the-factory plan. As such, Lexa saw you as a liability in her goal towards bringing her sister out with her from that factory, hence the knife was pulled. Second, a knife was pulled on you like you wrote, why did you decide to soccer kick her? Instead of yielding, why go rambo and completely ignore the fact that there's a knife on you? This isn't a movie. Being killed are one of the consequences for not portraying any kind of fear, hence the event of your character's death.
You are going to stick with this verdict and agree with the terms I set whether you like it or not.
