San Andreas National Guard

Nobody knew why they came to the woods, nobody knows who they are, what they are. People one day saw numerous military vehicles crossing through Red County, black-tinted windows, it was unknown how many people there were, were they really people?
Rumors started to spread, some report seeing vehicles from an age-old era, that was believed to have passed a long time ago, have they returned, after all these years? Elders started reminiscing about the experimentation that those people have conducted, vile, inhumane things done to innocent people. Everyone thought they were finally gone, after witnessing the destruction of their headquarters and laboratory.
There are stories of people saying that they are bionically-engineered people, robots of some sort, could it really be, did they really manage to invent a way for immortality? Can't be, people are starting to go crazy and they're making up bunch of stupid stories to scare the little kids of Scarville. They made sure of it to destroy everything, enough raw explosives were used to bomb a building three times it's size, that place now remains a desolate wasteland, no man could've survived that day.
