Sinaloa Cartel XIII

SUR XII x Cartel De Sinaloa Coalition :
After the apocalypse and the nuclear strike on the united, a massive group of multiple SUR XIII sets that used to operate in the city of Los Santos have merged together founding a massive set called The Death Knights 13, the gang was mostly a bandits group that occupied the poor areas of Los Santos and does it's best to protect itself from the zombies and the bandits who oppose a risk to their community.
The crew continued on to exist for 8 months before it went defunct after losing a huge chunk of their members due to the horrible conditions but they didn't cease to exist as they managed to establish connections with a local Cartel Cell called Cartel De Santos that had close ties with the Sinaloa Cartel which helped them to establish close connections to some of their higher ups and develop into a Border Cartel.
The crew became a mixture of SUR XIII sets and Cartel De Sinaloa Cells and they started focusing on the smuggling business while doing their best to terrorize the local survivors for their own benefit, they're one of the most dangerous and organized bandit to ever see the desolated lands of the LS County and they've known to be ruthless when it comes to executions of poor innocent survivors who just got in their way.
They operate as a "Street Militia" and members are known to be wearing the color blue as a form of identification, they operate closely to The Shadow Syndicate and do assist them in their business whenever they're needed.
