We allow everybody to join as long as they have a C+ understanding of roleplay in general and they can develop themselves properly Into the Syndicate.

We want our new members to develop as Look-outs, Workers or even Associates to the Syndicate and slowly develop their characters in our small Hispanic community and work their up until they become official Soldiers.

your character must be strictly Hispanic (exceptions can be made) means that you're not allowed to RP as any other ethnicity except this however few exceptions can be made to people who can properly develop themselves as a non Hispanic associate or member.
