The Shadow Syndicate
NUEVO CARTEL DE SANTOS ERA: The New Los Santos Cartel also known as "CDS" for short is a paramilitary Cartel that operates within the broken and destroyed neighborhoods of Little Mexico and Blueberry, holding full control of that location and rebuilding it from the ground up to use as a base of operations.
After the massive zombie outbreak that hit the world, organized crime increased immensely especially the Mexican Cartels as they managed to expand their territory even further and establish full-on paramilitary cells in Los Santos.
One of them is Cartel De Santos or CDS which is one of the largest and most dangerous cartels in America, holding full control of the gun distribution in Los Santos and supplying all kinds of people who are ready to do business with them.
They're a group of small cartel cells that managed to merge during the apocalypse to help themselves to survive, they have connections to almost every Cartel in Mexico and use these to provide resources for their gun dealing operation, buying all kinds of weapons parts and assembling them in their warehouses to be sold on the cold and desolated streets of Los Santos to bandits and criminals alike.
The Cartel is mainly a Mexican organization but they do allow other Hispanic nationalities to join them such as Colombians, Porto Ricans, and even Brazilians.
They're a big Hispanic brotherhood that deals drugs and weapons to provide food for them and the people who live in their factory, giving them food and shelter in return for their lives.
The Cartel doesn't have any specific rivalries in Los Santos however if another group attacked their business or even harmed one of their associates, they're ready to retaliate in full force, taking a complete paramilitary stance and doing their best to destroy their rivals entirely.
They're the most organized and dangerous group in Los Santos and are ready to do everything to protect their business.
The Shadow Syndicate:
After gaining enough power on their own, the Los Santos cell has decided to break their ties with the Mexican Cartels who're using them as their puppets and tax them for over 50 percent of their earnings for nothing but a small shipment of weapons.
The Cartel has started to operate as its entity and turned into a transnational Organization called "The Shadow Syndicate" which mostly focuses on the production of firearms and bootleg medicines in the apocalypse, profiting off the poor souls who got stuck in it for their benefit.
They have multiple cells around the entirety of the US but their main crew is the San Andreas crew, The Syndicate is still operating to this day and their members are known to be using some tattoos as a form of identification within the group, they operate as a special group of scavengers who steals special shipments from military bases and abandoned factories to develop their firearms and sell them on the cold desolated streets to all kind of survivors and groups ranging from paramilitaries to even bandits while also taxing the smaller groups in their turfs and use them as foot soldiers to do their dirty work.
The Syndicate operates in a very secretive fashion as they try to keep themselves away from the eyes of the public and while they did allow some non-Mexicans to join them and even achieve some high ranks in their hierarchy, they're still mostly a Mexican Organization and they prefer recruiting Mexicans or Hispanics over any other race or nationality.
