[BUG] Hunger & Thirst has no effect [OPEN]

Players reported that even when hunger and thirst hit 0 - there's no effect on the player whatsoever. Also, both don't reset on player respawn.

Yes you're right. I forgot to mention I fixed that too! It will be 70.0 for both hunger and thirst.
