[BUG] /specoff teleports you to a random location [OPEN]

Whenever you return from spectating someone with /specoff you appear in a random location around the map. It should bring you to the same location you before doing /spec

It's done on purpose to avoid awkwardness. Let players think you went away. Imagine handling an admin situation and then spectating them. Suddenly you specoff and you're in the middle of their IC interaction. Since you are able to teleport on the map, avoiding bs beats inconvenience in my opinion and doesn't need change.
