Additions:
- Added command /factionsafe that grants or revokes faction access to your safe.
- Added command /citysafe that grants or revokes city access to your safe.
- Added command /carcolors to repaint faction vehicles. Requires a toolbox.
- Added command /carplates to change faction vehicle license plates. Requires a toolbox.

Changes:
- The respective safe commands above are also mentioned in /safehelp.
- The respective faction commands above are also mentioned in /factionhelp.
- Chimera screaming no longer stuns other chimeras.
- Inactive players getting their interior overclaimed get a notification they can see when they log in-game on any character.

Additions:
- Added public Hilltop Farm mapping by Lannister. (I believe his name is Hal again.)
- Added public Fort Carson motorcycle club mapping by Lannister.
- When trying to enter a locked interior the players close to the door are notified of the attempt.
- Added command /pullincar to place injured characters into the second seat.

Changes:
- Removed the Hilltop farm mapping.

Additions:
- Added command /motd to set the faction message of the day.
- Added Chimera raise dead ability. With the command /raisedead the Chimera raises in 'NAMETAG_DISTANCE*3' range as many zombies as their skill level.

Changes:
- In the /learn menu skills without points are now green, with some points are orange, and when maxed out it is the character race's color.
- Upon selecting a character the welcome message now greets using the character name, furthermore it is colored based on your race.
- Improved on armed NPC killing backend processes.
- Improved on zombie NPC movement backend processes.

Additions:
- Territories can have gates, vehicles and interiors linked to them.
- Upon claiming a territory all its linked property faction becomes the claiming faction's property, as long as nobody claims said territory from them.
- Command /evict has been added, city leaders and faction leaders can forcefully remove someone from their safehouse. (Their cashbox goes into their cash on hand, and they get an OOC account-wide notification.)

Changes:
- A restart warning has been added. 10 minutes before the daily ~4.30am server restart you get a notification every minute.

Additions:
- Added Military Jammer item that is able to disrupt radio communications on a short range. If you want one of these items write a very detailed forum request.
- Added anims /frontfall,/salute, /no.

Changes:
- Fixed a bug when newly captured territories didn't transfer their linked vehicles and gates to the capturing faction.

Additions:
- Added a truckload of public and private skins for supporters (thank you!) and factions (thank you!).
- Added command /tow that can immediately despawn your private vehicle as long as it is unoccupied. This costs $30 cash.
- Added QoL commands to control what you want to lock: /lockhouse (alias: /hlock, /lockh, /lockint) and /lockcar (alias: /vlock, /lockv) precisely, useful to control garage locks from vehicle.

Changes:
- Increased house /claim limit.*
- Antidotes make Chimeras appear as if they were infected (10% fail rate).
- Virus Samples remove the Chimeras infection effect caused by antidotes, furthermore they remove immunity.
- Fixed a bug when Chimeras could not use /eat as intended.
- Moving safes now costs only $100.
- /carplates and /carcolors may be now used by anyone who has access.
- Fixed a bug when towing cars reset to previous colors.
- Changed vehicle fuel naming from metrics to imperial.
- Kevlar and first aid kit usage is now visible in your /damages.

Additions:
- Added new custom objects to faction deployables. (Body roadsign, sandcrate, makeshift table, campfire w pot (it is a gulash pot).)
- Added /togjump for Chimeras. By default it is on.

Changes:
- Improved armed NPC fire systems.
- Fixed /eat for Chimeras and made a few commands to be processed more efficiently that checks distances.
- Explosions now do damage, including combat vehicles.

Additions:
- Added command /edithud that gives some very basic options to edit HUD positions of hunger, thirst and vehicle textdraws.

Changes:
- Los Santos bandits changed their hideout location.
- Minor hotfix to Chimera /eat.
- Removed Chimera thirst bar.
- Vehicle fuels are now in gallon and can go up to 15. Fuel should last for 2-3 hours with the engine on continuously. Fuel is now saved for all vehicles, including publicly available ones.
- There have been internal changes on how vehicle engine status and fuel displays, furthermore how hunger and thirst bars change. (Please let me know if anything seems off.)

Changes:
- City banks are now only accessible from the city's hall or bank. (Store type 10.)
- Stores selling items now pay the price's 1/9 part to their set faction or their set city with the former being automatically preferred, furthermore 1/3 part is kept in the cashbox.
