[SUGGESTION] Add bandits at the abandoned aircraft carrier

North from LS there's a mapped abandoned aircraft carrier. Some bandits would be nice there. Just like the old-new military was at the SF aircraft carrier.

No for NPCs, they are a pain in closed areas like the inside of the aircraft carrier.

Bad location for bandits.
How about fixing those bugged priests holding up the zombies in Palomino Creek.
