[SUGGESTION] Zombie spawn on dead player [OPEN]

A suggestion was made on Discord - spawning a zombie on top of a player once he accepts death. Opinions?

From what I understand about this suggestion, is that the player suggested adding an NPC zombie if he doesn't want to RP one.

this should only be added if the said person is obviously infected, although in an apocalypse simple death could cause to infection and being a zombie by being eaten and chomped on, still would make a bunch more sense if u die as infected that an NPC spawns on top of u after /respawnme, but it would be a ton better if it would be replaced with a zombie that's dead for a couple of seconds and then eventually gets up if possible
