Killing zombies should give experience points but not per one dead, but like for example every 100 zombies killed you get 1 xp point
Add more powerful zombies that spawn around radiated areas (not inside) with more money chance or low chance rare loot
Add Combat Shotgun (SPAS) to the airdrops and reduce the chances of rare weapons in drops because finding a sniper now is quite easier than before
Make more use of money, like buying private cars and such

I agree with pretty much all the points, last one being the least important.
Giving people experience points for clearing out the undead, would incentivise people to align with a more PVE oriented playstyle, which makes a lot of sense considering the server's setting, not to mention it might also boost RP efforts, since folks might want to form hunting parties more often. It promotes a fun, cooperative playstyle.
Agree with different undead archetypes, if possible, I'd like to see rare mutations, such as hulking undead with a lot more health, and stronger melee attacks, warranting a more cautious approach, acting as hive leaders, bosses of that specific area. Or boomers, zombies that explode when killed. Again, ideas.
SPAS isn't super necessary, and would serve as a super optional addition at best, but lowering overall loot chances especially for sniper rifles, might be worth looking into.
