[SUGGESTION] Jerry can usage

pretty simple suggestion, when we do /fill make it a must to input the amount of fuel ud wanna fill in, so if u have 200 worth of jerry can and u do /fill u dont pour way more than u wanted / needed to, especially for temporary vehicles u have with the server's current only server side vehicles
/fill 20, only fills up the car by 20 points of fuel, simple
