It has been noted that assault rifles are too easy to acquire from NPC bandits. Switch to more common and less powerful weaponry?

That is true and I believe restricting those to "Supply drops" (in the form of events) would be more beneficial, currently EVERYONE has an M4 at least with tons of bullets.

Thank you. Adjusted these spawn rates so bandits will not have super rare weapons anymore, but these super rare weapons will spawn more.
